Sicklecellspeaks.com was created with the primary objective of giving a voice to real patients and their families, allowing them to share their stories, foster understanding, empathy, and awareness about the challenges and triumphs associated with this rare disease. By incorporating educational resources on the website, the campaign was able to bridge the knowledge gap surrounding the condition and help dispel misconceptions.
